Eagles soar in Domo's latest rankings

NFL power rankings for Dec. 9:

1. Panthers, 12-0 (1): Cam Newton has 25 passing TDs and 7 rushing TDs.

2. Broncos, 10-2 (3): Brock Osweiler is 3-0 as the Broncos' starter. Take your time on the rehab, Peyton.

3. Cardinals, 10-2 (4): Larry Fitzgerald has flourished in the slot in Bruce Arians' offense.

4. Patriots, 10-2 (2): Bill Belichick's boys have lost 2 in a row for the first time since September 2012.

5. Bengals, 10-2 (5): Can clinch the AFC North title this week by beating the Steelers at home.

6. Seahawks, 7-5 (7): Russell Wilson has thrown 11 TD passes and no interceptions in the last 3 games.

7. Chiefs, 7-5 (8): Alex Smith ran his interception-less streak to 305 attempts. Yowser.

8. Steelers, 7-5 (9): Have scored 143 points in their last four games. And they didn't even play the Eagles.

9. Vikings, 8-4 (6): Teddy Bridgewater has just 8 TD passes this season, 3 in the last 6 games.

10. Packers, 8-4 (11): Hail Mary, full of grace.

11. Jets, 7-5 (12): Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker have caught 18 of Ryan Fitzpatrick's 22 TD passes.

12. Bills, 6-6 (13): Shady would like nothing better than to lay about 150 rushing yards on the team that dumped him.

13. Colts, 6-6 (10): Matt Hasselbeck's carriage turned back into a pumpkin.

14. Bucs, 6-6 (18): Jameis Winston has thrown just four interceptions in the last eight games.

15. Texans, 6-6 (14): Really bad week to be catching Tom Brady and the Patriots.

16. Falcons, 6-6  (15): Hard to believe they were 5-0 not that long ago.

17. Bears, 5-7 (16): Jay Cutler finally isn't throwing interceptions, but he isn't throwing TD passes, either.

18. Raiders, 5-7 (17): What happened to the offense? Raiders have scored just 71 points in their last 4 games.

19. Lions, 4-8 (19): Too late to make the playoffs, but Jim Caldwell has Lions on the right track.

20. Dolphins, 5-7 (24): Ryan Tannehill is regressing. Has 55.5 completion percentage in last 4 games.

21. Eagles, 5-7 (29): Sam Bradford has a 106.5 passer rating in his last 3 starts.

22. Giants, 5-7 (21): Should've kicked that field goal, Tom. When are you ever going to learn?

23. Cowboys, 4-8 (25): It took a while, but they finally managed to win a game without Tony Romo.

24. Redskins, 5-7 (20): Tough to run play-action when you've averaged just 3.2 yards per carry in your last 8 games.

25. 49ers, 4-8 (28): Niners are averaging a league-worst 14.8 points per game.

26. Ravens, 4-8 (23): Ravens have a minus-11 turnover differential.

27. Rams, 4-8 (22): Jeff Fisher might not be around to spend that second-round pick Rams got for Sam Bradford.

28. Titans, 3-9 (31): Dorial Green-Beckham had his first 100-yard receiving game. There will be more to come.

29. Jaguars, 4-8 (27): Defense has given up 73 points in ugly back-to-back losses to Chargers and Titans.

30. Chargers, 3-9 (26): They have an NFL-low 2 rushing touchdowns.

31. Saints, 4-8 (30): Somewhere, Rob Ryan is saying, "See, it wasn't me.''

32. Browns, 2-10 (32): Seven straight losses, just two by fewer than 14 points.
