The New York Times calls Ditech about a home equity line of credit, presumably in order to consolidate all those pesky credit card bills into one low monthly payment.*

I think they should go with Lending Tree, because when banks compete, you win. That's what Henry Paulson told me.

UPDATE: Well...THAT didn't take too long, did it?

* OK, they're not really using Ditech -- but maybe they should consider it, at least?
