Charlie's O With a Hundred to Go

Phillies run production over the last 100 games of Charlie Manuel's season.

For whatever it is worth, in five of Charlie Manuel's seven previous seasons as Phillies manager, the club has averaged more runs per game in their final 100 regular season games than in their first 62 (which is where they are right now).

The bad news is that the two years those numbers went down happen to be the two years the Phils made it to the World Series.

The Phils are actually averaging more runs per game this season through 62 games than they had last season, when they were on their way to 102 wins.
