Opening doors to art
A dozen Chester County artists will be exhibiting their work this weekend at two studios during the 3rd Annual Chester County Studio Tour.
What began as an informal artists' confab has morphed into the popular Chester County Studio Tour, which will be held this weekend - from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Five artists - Amelia Furman, Kirsten Fischler, Erica Brown, Kerry Sacco and Christina Oddo - will join Jeff Schaller at his Downingtown studio, and five others - Brian Eppley, John Hannafin, Steve Oliver, Lele Galer, and Stephen Brehm - will show their work at David Oleski's West Chester studio.
Food, music, and a book-signing by Catherine Quillman, who recently published a book about regional artists, will add to the day's festivities. For more information, visit http://www.chestercountystudiotour.com/.
