Ok, it's 9:15 p.m. and we here at PhillyClout feel confident calling one thing: Mayor Nutter has won the mayoral primary. With 27 percent of the precincts reporting, Nutter had 30,024 votes compared with 10,953 for T. Milton Street.
In other contested races, Mark Squilla is leading in the 1st Councilmanic District, state Rep. Kenyatta Johnson in the 2nd, Bobby Henon in the 6th and Councilwoman Maria Quinones-Sanchez in the 7th -- although those races are still too close to call.
