WHAT: Mayor Nutter and other local leaders will gather with housing counselors and community advocates to celebrate the success of the nationally-recognized Philadelphia Mortgage Foreclosure Protection Program. The U.S. Conference of Mayors will present Philadelphia with an Outstanding Achievement Award in recognition of the program.
