The two unions for the city's non-uniform workers are planning to rally next Thursday in LOVE Park, alongside the union for SEPTA workers.
Contracts for all four city unions are set to run out at the end of June and so far negotiations have been slow going. The 10,000 members of AFSCME District Council 33 and AFSCME District Council 47 could go on strike if talks go south.
