PhillyClout is reporting live from the Famous Fourth Street Deli, where the city's politicians have gathered on Election Day to nosh and talk shop for decades.

We just caught up with Councilman Frank Rizzo, who says turnout seems light throughout the city. But Rizzo, who was not endorsed by Republican City Committee, predicts that he'll get through the primary just fine.

"I think I'm fine, because most of the ward leaders that are significant have committed to me," Rizzo said.
