Nutter names new L&I commissioner

Mayor Nutter today announced that Carlton Williams, currently a deputy commissioner in the streets department, will become the new commissioner of Licenses and Inspections.

Current Commissioner Fran Burns is leaving the administration in early June to become executive director of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority.
