WHAT: Mayor Nutter will meet with leaders from the arts and culture community to discuss the impact of the city’s financial situation on the arts in Philadelphia. He will also announce the membership of the Mayor’s Cultural Advisory Council and announce an appointee to the Philadelphia Cultural Fund Board of Directors.
