WHAT: Mayor Nutter will cut the ribbon to open up a 10 week sustainable business incubator program at the Navy Yard. The program is run by GoodCompany Ventures – an organization that catalyzes start-ups with innovative solutions to unmet social needs via a 10 week program business incubator. PIDC has donated the space to hold these classes. While most of the businesses participating are local to the region, businesses have come from as far as India.
