‘Three Stooges’ big screen remake: a first look

Ah, yes. Return with us now to the eye-poking, hair-yanking, lobster-pinching escapades of Moe, Larry and Curly, better known as the Three Stooges. The Farrelly Brothers (Dumb and Dumber) have cooked up a remake of the slap-happy trio. Here, take a gander:

Pretty true to the original nyuck-nyuck spirit, right? And the physical resemblance is far better than we might have hoped. Obviously it's all in the haircut. Because that's Sean Hayes (Will & Grace) as Larry. Will Sasso (Madtv) is a good choice for Curly and Chris Diamantopoulos carries off the Moe role pretty well from the looks of things.

A little career advice, kid? Change that tongue-twisting name to Chris Diamond.

Getting back to our trailer , Moe's choice for a final victim is awfully cool. But you have to suspect that Snooki has seen the surprise-in-the-empty-box trick more than a few times from guys who have taken her to the movies.
