The 76ers will host the Brooklyn Nets in a preseason game at Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y. on Oct. 10. Game time is 3 p.m.

The contest will mark the Sixers' fourth preseason appearance in Albany. It will be their first since defeating the New York Knicks, 88-83, on Oct. 16, 1997.

Jerry Stackhouse led the Sixers with 22 points on the day, while Derrick Coleman added 15. Allen Iverson, the then reigning rookie of the year, had eight.
