Girl, 7, hit by motorcycle, critically injured

A 7-year-old girl who was hit by a motorcycle in Northeast Philadelphia was listed in critical condition at Aria-Torresdale hospital Thursday night, police said.

The crash happened around 7:35 p.m. on Annapolis Road near Fordham in the Academy Gardens section of Northeast Philadelphia.

Police in the Accident Investigation Division were investigating the crash and said operator of the motorcycle remained on the scene.
