Homicide warrant out for teen

An arrest warrant was issued earlier today for Alvan Wilson. Police said the 18-year-old fatally shot James Lane, 38, on Parrish Street near 50th in West Philadelphia on March 22. Anyone with information on the teen's whereabouts can contact the Homicide Fugitive Squad at 215-686-3068.
