Police searching for vandalism suspect
Police are hoping surveillance footage and help from the public leads them to a man who is wanted in connection with a vandalism that stemmed from a dispute over a parking spot in late January.
About 6 p.m. on Jan. 22, a man and woman argued over a parking space at the Target on Mifflin Street in South Philadelphia.
Surveillance cameras in Target's parking lot recorded the man block the woman's car in the space before he walked into the store.
After the man left the store, he slashed all four of the woman's tires before driving off.
Police describe the man as bald, white, heavy set and said he was wearing a brown hooded sweater, blue pants and tan work boots at the time.
Police are asking tipsters to call 215-686-TIPS.
