Police seek help finding indecent assault suspect

A man who police say indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a Northeast Philadelphia Target in May 2010 remains on the loose, and police are seeking the public’s help to identify him.

A man who police say indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a Northeast Philadelphia Target in May 2010 remains on the loose, and police are seeking the public's help to identify him.

Police have released surveillance video of the suspect, who allegedly perpetrated the assault around 2 p.m. May 15, 2010 while the victim was shopping with her mother in the Target on Roosevelt Boulevard near Haldeman Avenue.

He is described as white, between 30 and 40, and was wearing a dark T-shirt and light-colored shorts at the time of the incident. He left the parking lot in a mid-size tan SUV after the alleged assault.
