FBI arrests 19-year-old for murder

The alleged killer of a West Philadelphia man was captured this morning in Mongomery County.

Donte Hill, 19, of Philadelphia, was arrested by the FBI at a home in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

Hill was wanted in the murder of Raheem Elis, 21, whose bullet-riddled body was found on July 20 inside a car parked on the 1400 block of N. 56th Street.
