Good Morning Philadelphia: Water off a duck's back
Most of us are singing "Rain, rain go away." But not everyone.

But not everyone.
It appears that there are at least two known species in Philadelphia who like this wet weather - or at least who tolerate it well - if ducks and rowers like these on the Schuylkill River this morning are any proof.
