Man shot, killed in N. Phila.

Inquirer staff writer Wallace McKelvey reports:

Police are investigating the death of a man in his 20s, found shot multiple times on the 100 block of East Willard Street in North Philadelphia.

The shooting occurred around 4 a.m. and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators are interviewing witnesses.
