Philly City Council increases parking fines
The overtime fine in Center City is going from $25 to $35. Fines for other parking violations are going up too. The increases were approved by City Council this afternoon.
Park in a bus stop and you'll get whacked $75 rather than the current $40. The full fine schedule is
