Fire damages home in S.W. Phila.

Staff photographer Clem Murray reports:

A fire burned through a two-story row home in Southwest Philadelphia this morning.

No injuries were reported in the blaze on the 1800 block of South Cecil Street in Kingsessing.

It took firefighters 27 minutes to bring the blaze under control. The cause is under investigation.
