One lane shuts eastbound on the Schuykill at 9:30 a.m.
The eastbound Schuylkill Expressway will be reduced from two lanes to one starting at 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. today near the University Avenue interchange in Philadelphia for the replacement of two deteriorated drainage inlets, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.
