Healthy Recipe: PB&J Smoothie

Start your day with a healthy dose of protein in this smoothie.

  1. 1/2 frozen banana

  2. 1 handful frozen berries

  3. 1 handful frozen greens

  4. 1-2 Tbs peanut butter or almond butter

  5. 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened

  6. pinch of cinnamon

Add ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. If necessary, add a few Tbsp of water to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy!
