Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium washed sweet potatoes (5 inches long x 2 inches thick)

  2. Cooking spray

  3. ¼ tsp. salt

  4. ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

  5. Mix it up! Add some fun spices to taste! (rosemary or paprika are some ideas!)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

2. Carefully slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/8th of an inch thick is best).

3. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and place the potato slices on the pan. Arrange in a single layer.

4. Spray the potatoes lightly with cooking spray and add seasonings to taste.

5. Bake in the oven for at least 15 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on the chips to make sure they do not burn.
