Broad Street Line back to normal

SEPTA says service on the Broad Street Line has resumed normal operations after delays disrupted the morning commute.

Riders on the subway line faced delays for about two hours Friday due to power problems that forced trains to single-track between the City Hall and Snyder stations.

Regular service was back in place shortly after 9:30 a.m.
