A person was struck and killed by a train on SEPTA's Lansdale/Doylestown Line on Monday morning.
The incident happened around 5:10 a.m. between the Colmar and Fortuna Stations, SEPTA said.

Service was suspended between the Lansdale and Doylestown Stations for several hours Monday as authorities responded to the scene.
Trains were running again by about 9 a.m., though the transit agency said riders could expect lingering delays as service resumed.
