Weather delays flights at PHL

The rainy weather is delaying flights to Philadelphia International Airport by an average of a more than 90 minutes, the FAA says.

In addition, flights to the New York metropolitan area airports and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport are being delayed in takeoff, the FAA says.

The delays on arrival might affect the departure of some flights out of Philadelphia.
