On the eve of the Eagles's season opener, I suggest a visit to the NFL Wives Club.
Who's a man? Who's a dog? -- it's all fair game here on this Yahoo user group, which offers down and dirty talk from mostly-anonymous football wives, girlfriends, baby mamas and fans.
There's everything from book recommendations - "The Other Woman" is poster "heirtotheice's" tongue-in-cheek choice - to trade talk and reports from the crime blotter.

This group is for all ladies who are crazy about the men of the NFL. All NFl wives, girlfriends, fans and even NFL groupies are welcomed to come chat in this group. Only the NFL and it's players should be discussed. Topics such as events, parties, gossip, game discussions, and overall opinions are fine as long as no one is completely slandered. Rookie receiver Reggie Brown might want to check out what the ladies are saying about the way he treats his baby's mama. Now that is hazing.
And if the players really are having "side parties," with smut and groupie girls, the secret's out.
"It's funny how they invite you to certain events but they won't tell you about other #$%^," writes a lady named "first_chose." Some more social tips here. Some of the gals don't enjoy going out on the town with their man if he is with his teammates. Eagles significant other "Jenny Crackscorn" is like that. "The invitation is always extended but I don't really see the need. I guess I'd just rather stay home or do dinner or something with my girls."
S"ynergy97" says even that doesn't work, since Philly can be "such a small town." "When I go out with my girls and he goes out with my boys, we all end up in the same place any way."
Wide receiver Todd Pinkston may be out with a season-ending injury, but he's still first on the depth chart in some of the ladies' minds. "rm1922" remembers when Pinkston was a red-shirted freshman at Southern Miss. She was a senior. "My sorority sister thought he was the cutest thing, but he just seemed shy and quiet, and of course seniors didn't have that much to do with freshmen ---- well, grown man now, that I wish I had stepped to. I don't think Terrell is engaged - it's just a rumor. He's been dating my 23-year-old best friend since April and I was even at his house a few weeks ago when she was there visiting him. On the off chance he is really engaged to this Felisha person, he's damn sure cheating on her. He sure lavishes my best friend with a LOT of gifts, attention, time, and money for someone who is supposedly engaged. She's been to all their home games too.

Chad Morton is a dog and while Johnnie is a dog as well....he is a little more discreet than Chad. Hello to you all. I am a x baby mama of the NFL. It is really sad that these guys think that they can do what ever they want. You are the girl at home and that is wear you stay unless they feel to take you. I got out of that world when my son was 8 months.It is sad because alot of the wifes stay just for the money. Yeah, Johnnie Morton and Misty Atkinson were engaged and living together. From what I hear he's not a good guy. He was a cheater. Big Time!! She won't talk about it and I never met her but heard she's a really great girl and he blew it. Obviously with that whole MMA decision, the dude had some serious mental issues going on.
