Penn State's Still garners more All-America honors

Penn State senior defensive tackle Devon Still was named an All-American by the Football Writers Association of America on Saturday, bringing his number of All-America honors in the last several days to four. Still, who was the Big Ten's defensive player of the year, was also an All-America selection by ESPN, CBSsports.com and the Walter Camp Football Foundation.

He is the 96th Nittany Lion to garner All-America honors.

"It's an honor to be named an All-American," Still said in a press release. "As a little kid you dream of being one of the best players in college football. Words can't describe what it will be like to walk down the hall in the Lasch Building and see my picture on the All-America wall. I want to thank my family, teammates and coaches for helping me achieve my dream."

Still anchored a Penn State defense that ranked fifth in points allowed. A native of Wilmington, Del., Still ranks second in the Big Ten with 15 solo tackles for loss.
