Boca Raton developer Falcone Group, which did the condo job, "is looking to exit its investment," Mordock adds. Office space in Center City is selling for around $150 per squre foot, crenews reports, citing Realanalytics. Tenants include Cigna, law firm Buchanan Ingersoll, IBM and Unisys.
