Central European Distributors of Bala Cynwyd, which controls the biggest vodka makers in Poland, has agreed to pay $157 million for 40 percent of Russian Alcohol Group, which is that giant market's biggest vodka producer, CEO William Carey said in a press release. Lion Capital, London, is buying the controlling stake. Press release here. 
   Dutch Philips Electronics NV is selling its stake in "law-suit plagued medical transcription provider MedQuist", of Mount Laurel, to CBay Systems Holdings for about $285 million later this year, says Reuters. Story here.
