CFO Wirth does ex-CAO Mainardi's job amid successor search
Brandywine Realty Trust says its Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, Gabriel J. Mainardi, is leaving; the Radnor-based landlord isn't saying why.
"This determination was not the result of any disagreement on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices," Brandywine said in a statement. The company will keep paying Mainardi through Dec. 31 and give him severance; he'll lose unvested stock awards. CFO Thomas E. Wirth will take over Mainardi's duties while Brandywine looks for a replacement.
