Aztec Capital Partners, the firm formed by Philadelphia lawyer (and onetime city solicitor) Ken Trujillo and his partners to own and operate WHAT 1340 as Radio El Zol Philly last year, says it's signed a joint-venture deal with Terry Crosby's Dallas-based Una Vez Mas ("One More Time") to handle local sales and begin local programming for Mexican American-oriented Azteca Americas TVF WZPA.
The station has been available as Comcast cable channels 268 and 568 for the past year, but Aztec will add "local commercials and eventually programming," El Zol manager Uriel Rendon told me. "We're going to run local videos, weekly news shows, and entertainment programs focusing on the Mexican market," he aded.

The Azteca network is owned by Mexico-based TV Azteca SA de CV, which claims a library of 200,000 hours of original programming, and local news bureaus in all 32 Mexican states.
