Keystone Property Group, Bill Glazer's firm that buys up unwanted suburban (and, lately, Washington Square-area) office buildings, has hired Philadelphia's Binswanger agency to lease up 83,000 sq. ft. of the 410,000 sq. ft. Veva office complex -- the former Sentry Park West -- in Blue Bell off Township Line Road. (Sentry Park East is getting a separate makeover). The buildings up for lease are among the dozens Keystone bought from the Mack-Cali REIT over the past couple of years.

Binswanger says it's searching for tenants for Veva buildings 16 and 18, totalling 54,000 sq. ft., after "numerous building renovations" including renovated lobbies and elevators, coffee bar and cafe, fitness center, conferencing spaces with updated teleco.

Later Binswanger will market VEVA 11, 12 and 13, with 30,000 sq ft and an on-site deli. "An expansive outdoor plaza connecting the buildings will feature [outdoor] seating, fire pits and fully enhanced Wi-Fi connections," suited to "attract and retain the best and brightest, that includes the new millennials," said Scott Gabrielson, president of Binswanger's commercial arm. Rick Conly and Chris Brennan also lead the leasing team.
