The SEC inspector, the Philly pitchman, and the Eagles tickets

SEC inspector general H. David Kotz, who's been accused of "overly aggressive" internal investigations of SEC conflicts of interest, is himself facing scrutiny from his dealings with Phillip Cannella 3d, an insurance annuity salesman who uses his recorded interviews with Kotz as marketing propaganda, and who sold Kotz tickets to a Philadelphia Eagles game, Bloomberg reports here.
