Recent retail store sales:
Cherry Hill -- $6.275 million for a Citibank branch and neighboring Famous Dave's BBQ restaurant, on three acres at 104 NJ 70 East, sold by Goodman Properties, Jenkintown, to Atkins Companies, of West Orange, for $6.275 million, says lead listing agent Chris Munley of Marcus and Millichap, Philadelphia. Goodman built the stores after buying the site vacated by a Red Lobster chain restaurant in 2003.
Cinnaminson -- $6.25 million for 50,000-square-foot Pep Boys Plaza, on seven acres at 202 U.S. 130, by the estate of Bernard Cheskin, to 202 Route 130 LLC (naturally), according to Morton Kerr's commercial real estate brokerage Markeim-Chalmers Inc. and head retail broker Seth Hersh.
Delran -- $4.15 million for the fully-leased, 24,000-square foot Canals Shopping Center, to a local investor whose name Markeim-Chalmers wouldn't disclose.
Marlton -- $1.58 million for the 6,300-square-foot Wawa Center on NJ 73, to an affiliate of Pintzuk Brown Realty Group, Jenkintown, also via Markeim-Chalmers.
