Roots Picnic set times announced
The Philadelphia hip-hop band, with Usher, closes out the show.
Roots Picnic goers, here's the news you can use.
Set times for the 9th annual all-day concert at the Festival Pier have been announced. The show begins with London soul-pop singer Jodie Abacus on the main South stage at noon, and the last acts on are Usher and The Roots, who together and separately will fill the 9 p.m. slot. Atlanta rapper Future precedes them on the North stage at 8.
If you want to be there in time for Leon Bridges, the Texas retro-soul singer goes on at 6:55. If you need to see DMX, he's at 5:30. And if like me, you don't want to miss Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals, be inside the gates on Delaware Avenue by 3:20.
Tickets are all but sold out, but you might be able to find some here.
