Springsteen Philabundance Ticket Auction

The folks at Philabundance are auctioning off four tickets to each of the two upcoming Springsteen shows at the Spectrum on April 28 and 29. Mininum bids are $2000 per each set of seats in the first five rows of the loge level, with money going to the area's largest food bank. To meet the Boss, who's been name checking Philabundance during his Philadelphia concert appearances for years, a mininum bid of $10,000 for four tickets must be met. Springsteen, who according to this Pete Hulne-starring Funny or Die? video, has so much cash on hand that he literally bathes in it (while Clarence "Big Man" Clemons blows his saxophone in the shower), will match the winning bids, up to $50,000 each. For info, check the Philabundance web site here or here.  Bids can be e mailed to bids@philabundance.org. The auction closes on April 21 at noon.
