Jilly from Philly update: Jill Scott will headline a Summer Block Party tour, with soul singer Anthony Hamilton and Mint Condition and DJ Jazzy Jeff in tow. The Philadelphai date - with no venue yet announced - is August 6. Scott's The Light of the Sun comes out June 21. Tickets for the block party go on sale June 17ht at LiveNation.com.
