An iFLY facility, the attraction that simulates skydiving, is coming to King of Prussia and expected to arrive in late 2015 or early 2016. At nearly 6,000-square-foot, the site will be built at 300 Goddard Blvd.

According to the company webiste, "iFLY is an indoor skydiving experience that creates true free fall conditions…without having to jump out of an airplane."

During the experience, participants receive a training session from certified instructors and suit up in provided flight gear. Then, they enter the flight chamber, a vertical wind tunnel in which fans are capable of reaching top speeds of 130 to over 175 miles per hour. Flight chambers are between 10 and 22 feet in diameter and anywhere from 30 to 40 feet high, and mimic the sensation of skydiving while allowing participants to stay pretty much in place.
