Riverbend, a nature learning center in Gladwyne, is hosting an astronomy night from 8 to 10 p.m. Friday, April 27th.
The family-friendly event is free and open to the public. It is being held at Riverbend for the Philadelphia Science Festival's Astronomy Night 2012.
The public will talk with a local astronomer, look through telescopes, take a night hike through Riverbend's 30-acre preserve, and then warm up around a camp fire with toasted marshmallows.
