Kids pass out, but no apparent hazard at Pottsgrove Middle School

More than 20 children were taken to a hospital for evaluation and a school was evacuated after three children in Pottsgrove Middle School fainted and others.complained of feeling lightheaded,

 

A call about medical emergencies at the school, located at 1351 N. Hanover St., came in shortly after 10:15 a.m., according to Montgomery County dispatchers. The Pottsgrove School District said in a statement that three students fainted during a choral practice and other students reported that they were light-headed.

In total, 22 students were taken to area hospitals for evaluation.
