Radnor Police seek person of interest in April 5 burglary
The Radnor Township Police Department seeks information on a suspect in a burglary from a jewelry store on April 5.
Radnor Township Police Department issued a news release in hopes of obtaining information regarding a burglary at Farnan Jewelers in Wayne.
The burglary happened sometime before 3:30 a.m., the time Radnor Police were dispatched from the store's burglary alarm activation.
When the police arrived on scene, officers found the bottom section of the front door kicked in, as well as several smashed jewelry cases inside the store, located 105 N Wayne Ave..
Police reviewed the security camera footage, which showed a male wearing dark clothing with a hat, facemask and a set of white-wired earbuds entering the front of store alone. The male was observed smashing out several jewelry cases, removing an undetermined amount of items, then exiting the store the way he came in.
The release states the footage shows the male seemingly on the phone during the time of the burglary.
Police state additional video obtained from nearby surveillance showed a second subject involved in the burglary. The subject is seen walking with the suspect just prior to the burglary.
After the burglary, both men were seen running down N. Wayne Avenue towards Lancaster Avenue.
The photo above is a still from the previously described surveillance. Police say the suspect who entered the jewelry store is in the background of the still. The man in the left corner, wearing a light colored jacket, a baseball hat with an unknown logo emblazoned on the front and of an unknown race, is the person of interest.
