Report: Mark Sanchez to start versus Lions

According to a report by NFL.com's Ian Rapaport and Albert Breer, the Eagles will start backup quarterback Mark Sanchez today in the team's Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Detroit Lions.

It looks like Sam Bradford will sit for another week.

According to a report by NFL.com's Ian Rapaport and Albert Breer, the Eagles will start backup quarterback Mark Sanchez today in the team's Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Detroit Lions.

Bradford is questionable, and as the Inquirer's Zach Berman reported on Wednesday, his shoulder injury is more of the hindrance at this point, though Bradford was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

According to Berman, there were also concerns about the Eagles' offensive line, because tackle Jason Peters and center Jason Kelce are both questionable.

Kelce did not practice on Wednesday, and his status remains in question. He first showed up on the injury report on Tuesday with a knee injury.

Peters has a back injury. He missed two games, but returned last Sunday. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice for the first time this week.
