LeBron James to finally begin long overdue movie career
By the time he was 28, Michael Jordan had not starred in any movies - Space Jam was still five years away. LeBron James, however, will be able to claim his film career took off at a far earlier age than his oft-compared predecessor.
James is set to star in Ballers with Philadelphia native Kevin Hart. Hart will play James' younger sibling, and the film will take place at a basketball camp at which Hart's character will be trying to prove his worth to his big brother. It is a role Hart was born to play, having pretty much already played it in this year's Ride Along with Ice Cube.
Sounds a little easier than acting alongside iconic cartoon characters, but hey. Space Jam 2 will have to wait.
hope David Lynch is knocking down doors to direct this LeBron/Kevin Hart flick
