Property Line: Under $500K in Moorestown, New Jersey

It's been just over ten years since Money magazine named this tony New Jersey suburb to the top of its 100 best places to live in America list. In 2005, the town was celebrated for its affordable housing, among other attributes. Today? Realtor.com says the median list price for homes is $530,000. The median closing price is $467,000.  We wondered what sort of housing was left in the $500,000 vicinity.
