‘Real Housewife’ Teresa Giudice lists Jersey Shore home ahead of sentencing
Less than a week after Teresa Giudice put her northern New Jersey home on the market, the “Real Housewife” and her husband, Joe, have listed their Jersey Shore home as well.
Less than a week after Teresa Giudice put her northern New Jersey home on the market, the "Real Housewife" and her husband, Joe, have listed their Jersey Shore home as well.
This comes within weeks before the couple faces federal prison after pleading guilty to several counts of fraud in March. The sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 2.
The Giudice's Jersey Shore home, located in Beach Haven West, is a much more modest home than the couple's permanent residence in Montville that they listed for $3.99 million last week. They're selling this four-bedroom, two-bath home for $315,000.
Much less ornate than their 10,000-square-foot mansion in North Jersey, this ranch home is just under 1,000-square-feet.
It features vaulted ceilings, a new kitchen with custom cabinets, and an airy dining room for entertaining. The outdoor space has a deck with a tiki-style bar.
The home, about 60 miles outside of Philly, suffered serious damage from Hurricane Sandy. The couple did a complete renovation, as seen in some scenes on the Bravo show.
According to public records, the Giudices purchased the home in August 2005 for $347,000.
