St. Bridget’s Lofts coming along in East Falls
The East Falls Local has the first peek at the St. Bridget's Lofts conversion project, where How Properties is turning the former Catholic school into one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Carolyn Fillmore has details on some of the original fixtures sticking around (water fountains!) and some of the newer finishes (keyfob access and open floor plans). Fillmore also writes that units are leasing briskly. Rents start at $1,200 monthly, including electric.
