"The Best and the Brightest," starring Neil Patrick Harris and Bonnie Somerville as a couple doing anything they can to get their child into an elite kindergarten program, began shooting in Center City this morning. Movie trucks, trailers and catering tents can be found along the 1600 block of Chestnut and 17th Street between Chestnut and Locust.
